Our 1 year old van sprung a leak over our bed while we’re travelling. Went to Jayco Newcastle but they were too busy to help us so they sent us to Caravan fix. Even though they we flat out they went out of their way to help us out. To Chad and the rest of the team thanks for helping us out in a very stressful situation. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys.10 out of 10 for customer service!! I have a branch on the Gold Coast so I’ll definitely be using them in the future.
