Caravan Assessed

Not all insurers require caravans to be assessed.  If your insurer does we will ensure that the damages are quoted, images are taken and that all relevant details are forwarded to your insurer for their assessment to take place.

Authority Received

Once your insurer has assessed and authorised your claim, Caravan Fix Claims Management will be in contact with you to explain the next step in the process and arrange a booking date for your repairs.

We will provide you with regular communication during the repair process.

Repair Completed

Once your repair have been completed your caravan undergoes an extensive interior and exterior Quality Assurance Inspection and Detail.

Excess payment may be made by Eftpos or electronic transfer.
