What is the "Refer a Friend" Program
In our endeavour to attract new staff to any of our six Caravan Fix repair facilities, we have created an incentive program to reward people for referring suitably skilled/experienced candidates they know to work with us.
The system will work by rewarding people for introducing new team members to our business subject to qualifying terms as per the below.
This Scheme comes into effect from the 1st of March 2022 until the 30th of June 2022.
By referring a potential Caravan Fix technical employee, you can earn up to $500 in reward.
We want to encourage people to invite others they know that have the right skills and attitude to come and join Australia’s leading caravan repair company, Caravan Fix.

To Qualify for Incentive Payment #1
- A genuine vacancy must exist at the relevant site for a Caravan Repairer or Mechanic
- You must provide the name and contact details of the candidate you are referring with their consent
- The candidate cannot be a former applicant or employee of Caravan Fix
- The candidate will need to be successful at an interview and be offered full time employment working for a minimum period of 2 months
- The candidate will not have absence from schedule work greater than 2 business days during this period
- Referrals and appointments outside of the effective dates listed are excluded from the Refer a Friend program
